Ingredients and Prep
Wonton Filling: 8 oz ground pork, 8 oz peeled shrimp (chopped), 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon, 1/4 tsp white pepper, and 1 chopped green onion.
Wrappers: 1 pack of thin wonton wrappers.
Noodles & Veggies: 15 oz fresh thin egg (wonton) noodles and 12 oz bok choy.

Making the Wontons
Cooking and Assembly
Boil a large pot of water. Cook the fresh wonton noodles for 45 to 60 seconds, dip them briefly in cold water for a chewy texture, toss with a little oil, and place them into serving bowls. [1, 2]
